TSANG Hung has been engaged in the building and allied professions in Hong Kong since1970. He joined AKAA in 1973 and has been involved in the design and production of working drawings of numerous large-scale developments, additions and alterations, and renovation projects. Mr. Tsang is totally conversant with the building regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong.
