TSE YEE MING, China Projects Management

Mr. Tse joined AKAA as the Office Manager in 1977. He left the Company in 1989 to join another investment group as General Manager, engaged in trading and property development in HK and Asia. He rejoined the Company in 1992 as Project Manager of the Company's joint ventures in China (department store, security guard services, property development and hotels). He is responsible for the negotiation and liaison with local partners and authorities in addition to the monitoring of day-to-day operations. He has over 20 years of experience in Chinese property development and management.
